We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

YugenFurni shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use our services, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses.

Our total liability for any claims related to our services or products shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim. This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory of the claim.

YugenFurni is not responsible for delays or failures in performance resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, acts of government, or telecommunications failures.

Intellectual Property Protection

All content on the YugenFurni website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, product designs, and software, is the property of YugenFurni or our content suppliers and is protected by international copyright and intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from our website without our express written permission. All furniture designs and product configurations are proprietary to YugenFurni.

Unauthorized use of any trademark, logo, or proprietary information displayed on our site is strictly prohibited.

Refund Policy

We accept returns and provide refunds for products within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition, unused, and in the original packaging. Custom-made or assembled furniture may not be eligible for return unless defective.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at [email protected] with your order details. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or defective products.

For damaged or defective items, please contact us immediately at [email protected] upon receipt. We will arrange for replacement or repair at our discretion.
